veryplaintxt theme – Page links only display on single post pages

Help requested please on solving this little issue. I have 3 pages associated to my blog. The links to the pages are supposed to display under the header. However, I am only seeing this when I select a post and view the single post page. Then the pages display under the header. However, on the home page the page links do not display under the header. Any ideas on how to resolve this?
