You have several styles in your stylesheet that are picking up on the .contact-form class, which was automatically added to your first fieldset based on the name.

You can either rename the fieldset (easy) or you can go into your theme’s stylesheet and delete all instances of .contact-form (medium).

Ok, I apologize, I am very new to modifying CSS. Could you please provide a little more instruction. Am I changing the theme CSS or the plugin CSS? Where and what is the fieldset? Assuming it is the form name, but do not want to assume.

    Thanks!

When editing your form, you’ll see the field type “FIELDSET”. Click the arrow to edit that field and call it something besides Contact Form.

Ok, I knew the fieldset was in the form itself, thought it would be a little more complicated than that! Thanky ou very much, it is fixed and I appreciate your help.
