Vhanging default address

  • I want to change the default page (index.php) to blog.php. Is this possible and if so how. I haven’t used wp for a while so if its easy thats just because i haven’t used it in a while.

  • Just copy index.php to blog.php, then in your blog admin stuff go to:
    wp-admin/options.php?option_group_id=6
    You’ll see a field called “blogfilename.” Change that to your new name.
