    Hello,

    Our customer said that he wanted to show a video among the gallery images on a single product page. We downloaded and tested the free version of the plugin. But it doesn’t work. The plugin will not work on your own demo page either. Can we find a solution for this problem?

    I apologize for this disruption. Since we did too much testing, your plugin remained inactive. Your add-on is currently active and a video is added. You can also see that it breaks the design. The page was created with Elementor. Please try again.

    Settings ? We do not have any settings other than video ratio.

    Hello @tniron,

    are you using a custom template?

    Could you try to switch to a default theme and see if the issue persists?

    If so, could you try to disable all plugins (except for this and WooCommerce) and see if the issue goes away?

    Hello Alberto,

    As I mentioned before, we use Hello Theme and Elementor in the design. So I can say that it is a customized page. I followed your instructions. The default theme also works fine. How should I proceed in this situation?

    Hello @tniron,

    i’ve missed the part about Elementor. Unfortunately the plugin is not compatible with Elementor
