    I suspect it may be a theme conflict but I never see the admin bar and the video popup simply does not work it just displays the URL of the video. Is there anywhere a step by step instruction on using the video extension.

    @nodrog2 – Our documentation should get you started, but if the popup is loading and you only see the link, then WP didn’t recognize the video link. Currently only vimeo, youtube & html5 video links are supported.

    That said please direct support inquiries for our paid products to https://wppopupmaker.com/support/. Per www.ads-software.com guidelines we are not allowed to support commercial products here.
