    Is it possible to place video clips (with video hosted on YouTube) and make those ads clickable to an external link?

    With some Javascript trickery that’s probably possible. To overlay the video with your clickable element or something.

    Keep in mind that such things may interfere with Youtubes own clickable elements in the video though – Annotations and the end cards and such.
