Video Background on Custom Post Type (Tickera)

Thanks for the great plugin! I’d like to add video backgrounds to my event pages. These pages are created using the plugin Tickera. For some reason, the block to add video backgrounds is not appearing when I edit these custom post types. Do you know how I can get it to appear? Thanks for any help!
