i swear to you that i don’t see in any place the chat option , i have been looking in the whole website and i don’t see it.

You probably need to activate the Chat :
Rencontre / General / Display : “Enable chat”

Click on a member to see the profile and the Chat button.

last question , can i have a log or something of the chat? something like save the conversations as admin ?

You can display messages from/to a reported member with the Premium Kit.
You cannot view the chat conversations. This is private, logs are destroyed.
