Video can not be played on iPad and iPhone

Thanks for using Bold Builder plugin.

We have tested YouTube and Vimeo videos on Iphone SE (latest iOS version) and on Ipad Pro (iOS 11) and players worked properly. Could you please tell us which iOS version are you using?

Hi @boldthemes – thank you for your reply – iPad Pro iOS 11.4,iPad 3 and iPhone 4S both iOS 9.3.5, all three devices no Video playable.

Since the problem still exists on your iOS devices, we suggest you to use WordPress video shortcode in the Text element.

Unfortunately, if it still doesn’t work, than the issue is not related to the page editor. Thanks in advance for understanding.

Hi @boldthemes – i′ve used the Plugin “Mykraft Theme Responsive Video Shortcode” and now it works – thanks for the hint.
