Hi,
I have a Sydney theme.
I cannot get my video chapter work either. Here is may page:

We do not have a looping video feature, but you could use a GIF as the background photo of a chapter. That site has a custom background video.

Can you share your settings in a screenshot or video using https://record.it? And can you send your shortcode that can be seen in the text tab of the post editor?

I am having trouble with the use of AESOP video in the chapter component too. It doesn’t work at all.

Though we have an option to “choose from an image or a looping video background”, it never shows.

I am using longform 1.6.1, wordpress 4.4 and Aesop story engine 1.6.6.

How can I solve this?
