Video could not be loaded

    Hello LCA Admin,

    Thank you for trying out our plugin. I checked the link you provided, the video seems to be either blank or the encoding didn’t happen correctly (I only see a black rectangle when I access the video directory in Chrome): Video in Question

    I suspect there might be some css issues with positioning aside from the video. Could you please send me admin credentials to your site so I could do some testing?
