Video didnt play in Chrome/Edge

  • Hi there
    I have a Problem with an background-video, it is playing in Firefox, but not in Chrome or Edge. Inspector in Chrome shows some Error because of an jetpack-js. But I cannot deactivate Jetpack to determine, if thats the Error.

    Maybe you have an Idea, what the Reason can be?

    Hi there!

    I believe I responded to your email earlier but I’ll reiterate here in case anyone else has this problem.

    It looks like the issue is related to a customizer specific JavaScript function which isn’t being executed correctly.

    Video Background should still work fine once the page is published and no longer viewed through customizer.
