Video Display Settings

I am trying to show videos that are only 800×600 but the videos show as centered on probably an expected default of 1920×1080. Is there a setting to make the video fill the screen? I have tried every option and it won’t do it.. if you look at the link and pick any slide you will see what I mean. If you go to the slide that says full screen video, you’ll the only one that fits…

If it isn’t possible to do this, any ideas on how to make the background not just a black screen..
