Video Does Not Show or Play on Mobile

    Hi, earlier today the video on my home page stopped working — it will not play. Now it doesn’t even show up.

    It looks fine in the preview but does not work when it’s live.

    Is there a plugin or setting I should be using?

    Update — apparently the issue is with the mobile version on a mobile device. If I exit the mobile version and display the desktop version on the phone, it works just fine.

    Is there an advantage to displaying the mobile version?

    Hey, just checked out your site and the video works just fine on desktop and my phone.
    Additional settings like casting also worked.

    Unfortunately, I don’t know about any special advantages that the mobile version could provide. Regardless I am happy to hear that your site is OK now.
