Video does not working

    Hi,
    I have added a video (mp4) with this plugin and it is not working in Firefox and Edge.
    How can I fix it?

    We had the problem that the videos were just too big and that there was probably also a problem with the code and therefore the playback did not work. We have now solved the problem with vimeo. Here the player is simply integrated into the website and it runs smoothly and in good quality.
