The problem seems to be that your site is not loading the Flowplayer js. It is working on my test site.

The best test would be to disable all of the plugins and change to a default theme and see if that resolves it and then work from there to find the issue.

Please look at https://www.navink.com/resources now. The video is playing but there are other issues.

The flowplayer watermark is being displayed along with my watermark. I have installed the 5.5.0 files on my server in https://www.navink.com/wp-includes/flowplayer-commercial/

The player should call the correct files.

If you do not want the files to be called from the Flowplayer CDN then you should change the setting. Also the flowplayer-commercial folder should be in the wp-content and not wp-includes as it might be deleted when WordPress updates.

There is a logo that Flowplayer adds to the video and then there is a watermark that is added to all of the free Flowplayer Drive videos. You can go the Flowplayer Drive page and click debrand to remove the logo from the video.
