Video don't playing before totally buffering

    Video Gallery plugin uses flash player, so your video should be .h264 encoded videos. This problem usually occurs if the video is not encoded properly. Using video converters like Handbrake and Sorenson media will fix this problem. Make sure you set web optimized option which is called moov atom for video to play the video immediately.

    This is not an issue with the player.

    need to move fast start
    with the command line qt-faststart
