Video File is not working on iPhones

I am using this plugin to create my coming soon page. I have a video file attached in the body, currently iPhone users are having trouble viewing the video and Android does not. Is this something where the plugin can be updated to be compatible with iPhone?
Also, can the plugin be update anyways to allow for video and imaging content to be responsive to phones and tablets?
