Video files not uploading

  • We upload several file types to our website: images, documents and videos.

    All file types work correctly, except video files.

    In CDN mode, video files src load the server URL https://example.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/blah
    In Stateless mode, there is a 400 error “file not found”, as if it was deleted from our server but not uploaded to the GCS bucket.

    Any ideas why this could be happening only with video files?
