Video Gallery in the Home or Index page

I’m looking for a Video Gallery plugin that allows us to use a php function call that will generate a gallery of videos from Youtube, Vimeo, facebook, etc with filtering mechanism. For now, the ones that i tried (like Tubepress, Smart Youtube) let us use shortcodes and not the php function call itself.

I mention the php function call so that we can put the gallery anywhere we want, in my case i want it to be in my index.php or my Home page..not in the Post or Page.

Is there such a plugin like this? Thanks for the immediate reply.
