1. We also tried to create a new project and API key under https://console.cloud.google.com/apis by following the steps provided in the EmbedPlus document. However, even with the new key the issue persists.
2. We can still create 9 more project so this limit has also not reached.

We’d have to see what restrictions you put on it. Some users who are still having this issue on 14.1.6.1 need to add 3 entries for the website restrictions, instead of the usual two. For example:

yourwebsiteurl.com/*
*.yourwebsiteurl.com/*
*.googleapis.com/*

So, in your case it would be:

vanarambh.org/*
*.vanarambh.org/*
*.googleapis.com/*

You’re probably missing the first row. Let us know if that works, and we’ll update our documentation if that’s the case.

We didn’t setup the plugin tho.

What is causing this issue? We have no Cloud account.

The above solution worked. The issue is resolved!

However could not conclude on how this was working for last two and half years with those two restrictions and now what caused the restriction to be more stringent.
