  • Yes, the category is not associate with the WordPress category. We have separate widget for video search. So you can assign the ‘Video Search’ widget in any of your template position and try searching the video using category name.

    Regarding translation, yes you can translate the plugin like translating the WordPress. You can find the language file in the following path \wp-content\plugins\contus-video-gallery\languages.

    I use ‘Video Search’ widget, but I try to find any word and not return any results. Is it normal? This widget find by title video, categories or Tags/Keywords? I try to find by category, title and nothing…

    By default in the Video Gallery the search is performed based on the video’s tag, description and title. So the search keyword matching the above criteria will be displayed as the result. If you have issues with the ‘video Search’ widget share your site link so that we can check and do the needful.
