Video gallery plugin to allow user-submissions??

Hello. I’m after a good video gallery plugin which will also allow my users to submit YouTube URLs and have them appear in the gallery. If the plugin could also allow me to automatically add the YouTube video description as well that would be a bonus.

Does anyone know if such a plugin exists?
