Whenever you upload an image, WordPress automatically creates 4 different image sizes. WordPress does this, so you don’t have to keep resizing images manually and to ensure the best image size is selected for different locations on your website.

Our previous versions always loaded a large image but we started receiving several complaints from the users suggesting to use the “Thumbnail” image quality for performance reasons.

So, we introduced a new option in our latest version that allows you to change the thumbnail image quality from the settings. But the “Thumbnail” has been set as the default quality. This should have created an issue for you.

    Solution:

Navigate go to “WordPress Admin Dashboard / Video Gallery / Settings / Images Settings (submenu)“, select “Large” from the “Image File Size” dropdown, and save the changes.

    Hope this solved your issue!
