Video Gallery Thumbnail not updating

I have just bought your video gallery plug in and love it! However I am having a problem with my thumbnail.

I have changed the video thumbnail on my youtube video but when I reload that video into the Video Gallery to display on my home page the thumbnail did not change.

I have cleared the cache of my browser and that did not fix the problem, and I have waited for 2 days to see if maybe it just needed some time for the changes to go through, but it still hasn’t changed.
