video header doesn’t display

  • I made a short mp4 video with Adobe Premier Rush. I don’t know the exact measurements, just that it has 16:9 aspect ratio. I uploaded it to the media library. I see it in the left sidebar (“Customizing Header Media”), but it doesn’t display on the page. I also tried the YouTube option, but no luck.     After uploading the header video, go to Appearance-> Customizer-> Himalaya Slider Options -> Slider Settings and disable the slider, your video should be displayed. Also, the recommended dimension for the header media is 2000 × 400 pixels.
