Video header not displaying on home page, but does show on recent posts.

Hi

I am trying to have a video banner display. I understand it will only show on the home page.

I’m confused as the video will only appear to play if I have the “recent posts” option selected rather than static page. Why is this?

Also, It appears that the video will only show if I have a header image selected. When the video does show, there is a faint watermark of the header image behind it.

I’ve tried several browsers, chrome, firefox etc.
