Video headers do not play

  • Presently using Bento expansion pack but had the exact same problem with twenty seventeen theme. I Bought Bento thinking the Twenty Seventeen theme was the problem but it seems to be wordpress.

    I upload my video, its MP4 as recommended and its less than 8 MB as recommended, its 1280 by 720 (all I have) but when I play the video in the dashboard its black. The bar moves across as it plays (15 seconds long).?
    So the video header never plays.
    I called GoDaddy and they say its a WordPress issue, and since I now have tried it in two themes, its not a theme issue, not a hosting issue.
    Can someone answer why?
