video-home video

  • Hello,

    I am really interested in this product, and might purchase it if I get it to work.

    I have the following problem:

    The video on the video-home page does not play on any browser I tried.

    The weird thing is, is that it works on mobile chrome, but not on the chrome browser.

    I found the following code on the browser in developer mode:

    <embed id="player" src="https://tennis-zone.si-tennis.com/wp-content/plugins/contus-video-gallery/hdflvplayer/hdplayer.swf" flashvars="baserefW=https://tennis-zone.si-tennis.com&featured=true&mtype=playerModule" allowfullscreen="true" allowscriptaccess="always" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent">

    While on the mobile I found:

    <iframe width="330" height="150" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/mKNpy-tGwxE" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>

    I guess that in the browser version there is no link to my youtube video and that might be the reason?!

    I have tried with different themes.

    Please help.

    The issue is not with the codes you have mentioned. In the browser the videos are played using Flash player and in the mobile it is done with the HTML5 player, hence the difference in the code. Contact our support at [email protected] so that we can check with the player and do the needful.
