Video iframe only showed if cookies accepted

    Hi,

    basically iframe videos are not showed if you don’t acceept cookies.

    Is there a way to show the videos even if user clic on “Deny” Cookies? or is this the normal operation? (of course, if you clic on “Deny” then you will not see any video in the whole website)

    Hi @slevink3,

    If it concerns embedded content such as YouTube video’s, then these should indeed be blocked before obtaining consent.

    But if you decide that you don’t want to obtain consent for embedded YouTube content, disabling the YouTube integration under Complianz -> Integrations -> Services would do exactly that.

    Note that I’m assuming that your question concerns YouTube, as you didn’t provide an URL to the website in question.

    Just to avoid having to open another thread, do you know if it is possible to have in “View Preferences” the marketing and statistics options pre-checked ?
