Video image not displaying

  • I’ve just installed the Hueman theme. When I post a video (selecting the video format and adding the video url in the appropriated place) the post appears on the homepage without any image, but with a placeholder instead.

    I tried to disable all the plugins, but nothing changed. The video shows and plays fine when the post is open.

    In other post formats, it is possible to choose a ‘featured image’ that appears on the homepage, but it doesn’t work with videos.

    Shouldn’t it be expected that the video image always appeared? Do I need to do something extra?

    Hi galeno. Welcome to the Hueman forum. On your home page I see several video posts. Some have video images and some don’t. Some with an image (Lula Intercept curat página toda) don’t appear to have a video in the post. Others without an image (Intercept video) do have a video in the post. There must be some identifiable difference between those that work and those that don’t.
