video into post

having trouble embedding video to a post. I have a 32mg video uploaded to the media library, but when i “insert into post” all i see is the caption text i gave the video, but no video itself. i also have this problem if i try and copy/past a youtube video to post. i can only see the url link that i have pasted in the post but cant see the video. any help wud be great!
