I can’t share the page URL as it’s in maintenance mode. But above is a video record of the problem.

Can you also share the shortcode you’re using? If the video is not for the public, you can replace its URL with some demo value (but please keep the extension of the video, if it’s self hosted).

You should explicitly provide values for the autoplay and loop attributes, so your shortcode looks like this:
