video is not showing in mobile

    i have on the homepage a video and its only showing in desktop. The delvelopers of the theme i am using said that that the problem is because of wordpress and not the theme.
    can someone help me please

    i just uploaded the video and then just insert in the banner section.
    Video source: is actually my video, uploaded on my self ( got it from canva)

    is it better to insert html link for the video so you can find?

    If you using any page builder then you have to check “show on mobile” from your page builder advanced section
