Video Lightbox Description

    Hi,

    For some reason, I am no longer able to edit the text description in the video lightbox description. It gives me a white box (smaller than before) and will not let me type in it or edit what’s there. I would like to put a link to a new video and then change the text description, but it will only let me paste the link. It will not let me change the description or edit the text that I put previously. Thanks for your help.

    Could you try disabling all your plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

    If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

    Thanks! I disabled the plugins and then found the one that was causing the issue. It’s now resolved. Thanks again!
