video links not rendering

I have a hosted site at WPengine and I have a post that is rendering only some Youtube links. I have tried short and long Youtube URL’s, [youtube=URL], different themes, a fresh install with only the 2011 theme and nothing seems to make a difference.
Can someone point me in the right direction?
