It is likely the metadata for the video has not been included at the start of the video. In MP4 terms this is called the “moov atom”.

Solution:

Kindly re-encode your video file using Handbrake https://handbrake.fr/ (Free) tool. Then upload the re-encoded file.

Recommended CODECs are,

Video: H264
Audio: AAC ?
Output Format: MP4
