Video Loop not working

Hi Guys, after i installed and configured the plugin, the autoloop was working fine, 10 minutes later I tested the website again and although the video on the top “MOVING HOME OR OFFICE?…” autoplay works fine, the loop has stopped working, could you please help to figure out why once i like a lot this plugin and would like to use it on this website
