Video Manager Plugin Really Stinks!

I don’t think I updated to 4.5.3 just yet…..I have 4.5.2 I think….

But, after setting everything up, and it not working correctly, I actually wrote to this developer…..He even got back to me in a few days and asked for my log in credentials to my WordPress site…And I complied…..

Here I am a week later, and it still doesn’t work, and no contact….
I tell you folks, customer service absolutely stinks when buying internet marketing products…..If something is wrong, the one who sold you could give a crap…..

I’m here trying once again…..Everything is set up, and when you click on a thumbnail for a video, the skin and white video box shows up……There is NO VIDEO inside the white box……Sometimes, I actually see a red swirling thing like the video is TRYING to load, but they don’t……I can “right click” and the video will open in another window……
