Video not available

    hello,

    some of my videos say ” video not available”. I dont understand because :

    • the other work perfectly.
    • it’s only with chrome (with edge it works)
    • I have checked on youtube, nothing special (they are public)

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    I just tested in Firefox & Chrome on my Windows 10 laptop and in both cases the video displays and plays correctly gounico, afraid I have no idea what could be going wrong there .. any difference if you test as logged in admin vs anonymous visitor? or when you open the page in a “private” Chrome window?

    Private navigation : ok

    On my phone : ok

    ANonymous : not ok ??

    I’ve tried to reboot my computer, updated chrome.. nothing.

    tested again, this time in FF & Chrome on my Ubuntu Linux laptop and still all works.

    can you;

    1. check the developer console for log messages from YouTube
    2. make, upload & share the URL of a screenshot of the problem
