Video not available – Error message

    Hi,

    I have several products on my website with videos inside the product gallery.
    Most of the time it works fine to open and play the videos via the lightbox. However, sometimes the following error message appears: “Video not available”.
    When I close the lightbox and reopen it, the video plays without any problems.

    I tried to turn off all other plugins, except woocommerce and the product video gallery on my website and switched to a standard theme. The problem still appeared.

    Has anyone had any experience with this problem before? Is there a problem with the plugin or YouTube itself?

    Hello @farli,

    I’ve checked in your provided product and found our plugin is not active on your site. This issue is not in our plugin you can check it in our demo site.

    thanks for your quick response.

    I’m Sorry. It seems like you checked the website while I had turned the plugin off for some testing. I was a little confused that the videos got displayed even when the plugin is turned off.

    Anyways, could you please check again? The problem remains even with active plugin.

    Hello @farli,

    Please enable?Allow Template?Filter?and?Remove Action?option from the plugin settings page and check it.

    Also please clear your site and browser cache after plugin settings update.

    Hi @nikhilgadhiya,

    I’m not using a caching plugin yet but clearing the browser cache after changing the settings as you recommended didn’t help. “Allow Template Filter” was already enabled.
