Video not loading

I’m going to switch to the native BB video module until this gets resolved so that the website is fully functional. If you need login credentials so you can troubleshoot, let me know.

Hmmm, my reply here yesterday didn’t show. Perhaps I didn’t press send! ??

I checked your site, and I could see both videos fine, and they both played fine.

I see you swapped out the bottom video, but the top one is still there (and working):

I’ve tested in Firefox, Safari, Chrome.

So I’m just wondering if it’s a browser cache issue? Are you able to test in a different browser?
