Video not Loading

  • Hi there,

    Can you please tell why is it keep loading but not picking up the video? I am using mp4 video and tried youtube video too but it keeps animating this way and do not loads videos https://prntscr.com/mos73r

    You can see those pictures that you uploaded to the slider, they work fine.? Because we can not find the pictures that you put in the slider. There is a video that you added but it is not on your site. Check and tell us. We think this problem comes from the pictures.

    Hi, I have the same problem. Every time I try to create a slide and I upload the media, when I click ‘update’ the media file disappears.
