Video not playing on iphone

    Hello,

    INstalled Masteriyo to create a course. Videos play fine on website but will not play on iPhone. Video (hosted on the word press site, not linked to youtube or somewhere else) show up on phone as a black box with a grayed-out play arrow. The play arrow has a backslash through it. It is not clickable in any way.

    Why does the video play find on the website but not on the phone?

    The course is completely unusable with this problem.
