Video not sending

Hi – I have added upload options to the form for photos/videos. The photos go through great – the videos are “stuck”. The sending icon just keeps spinning.

I tried sending one video alone. Before I optimized the video it was way over my mb limit and it showed up “file to large” – great I know that works. I optimized the video making sure it was smaller than the mb limit I have set and tried to send. I waited for about 20 minutes and the icon was still spinning.

I would appreciate any assistance determining and fixing this issue.

Next, I have the upload 5 times on my form so someone could potentially upload and send 5 photos/videos. Is there any way instead of the “choose file” box showing up 5 times I can maneuver it to be one box with the option to upload five items?
