Video not showing on Mr Tailor theme

Hi there, the plugin doesn’t work for my website which uses the Mr Tailor woocommerce theme.
However, the plugin works when I tried using the default twentynineteen theme. Any ideas on how we can make it work for the Mr Tailor theme?
