Video Not Updating

Hey all.

I am trying to add an updating satellite feed to my weather page but I’m having some issues…

The loop I am wanting to put on my site can be found here –

I hit inspect element and copied the html into my website. In the preview of the post it is the most current loop… however, when I post it to the live website it shows the original loop from hours ago. It is not updating.

I do have a cache plugin running on my site.

What can I do? Thanks!
