Hi, I just tested the shortcode using a different image and it worked in my dev site. I also saw a few issues when using Web Developer tool in Firefox. Your issue is similar to the following support thread. Use this as a guide to troubleshoot your issue.

I tried to disable the only plugin but the problem remained!
I installed the previous versions of the plugin … up to 1.8.0 but nothing to do ..
I tried your plugin on another site and it works properly.
