Video Player Plugins Aren't Working?

  • I’ve tried installing over 3 different video plugins and I can’t find one that’s compatible with the new version of WordPress.

    Anybody know of a plugin that I can use to upload videos to wordpress with a player that actually works?

    First of all I am new to building web pages so a very technical response will do me no good. I have tried every WordPress video player plugin and none of them work.I mean every one. I am using Go Dadday Hosting. I increased my post max size and my uploads max size too 100mb by modifying the php5.ini file. The change was reflected on the upload page. Didn’t help. Tried loading video via the FTP Java Client, players don’t seem to see the files. Tried loading them to different folders. Tried every file format by using a converter (.flv, .MP4, .WMV etc.). Any suggestions?
