Video plugin

I am hoping to get some help locating a plugin for using video a certain way.
i have been going through a lot of video plugins and I cant find what I want so before I settle with what I have found I figured it may be worth asking everyone here.
I am trying to create video galleries, not of videos from my channel but videos of other channels.
What I wouuld like to do is create a category for each youtube channel I am going to be using. Then I want to create a post for each video. All of this I can do with no issues…. …but then the featured image for each of those posts is not the thumbnail of the video being used… its just a generic icon rather than an actual image.. Id like a thumbnail of the video be used to create a featured image for use on the front page.. whether in a recent post widget or a blog roll…. Id also like each individual video post to have the ability to have comments.
I guess the issue I am having is finding a plugin that will auto generate a thumbnail for each video..anyone have any ideas or advice on where i can find such a plugin?

I will let someone comment about a specific plugin, but instead of trying to autopen a thumbnail, but not just create a table with the created thumbnails. You could either create a table manually or write a small plugin to create a table I guess.
